Security Reporting

If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability in a Coway product or app,
please report it to iotsecurity-g@coway.com.
We endeavor to review all reports within 5 business days.
Should a security issue be confirmed, our security team or the designated security owner will be responsible for remediating these vulnerabilities. Critical risk vulnerabilities will be fixed within 7 business days. High and medium risk vulnerabilities will be fixed within 30 business days. Low risk vulnerabilities will be fixed within 180 business days. Please note that some vulnerabilities may be subject to environmental or hardware limitations. Final timelines will be determined based on actual circumstances.
